KSOP Summer School 2024

Held in Bad Herrenalb, Germany, the annual Karlsruhe School of Optics & Photonics (KSOP) Summer School brought together leading researchers, students, and industry professionals in the field of optics and photonics.
Two of our talented PhD students, Rose Mary, and Proficiency, had the opportunity to present their cutting-edge research. Their presentations were well-received, sparking engaging discussions and receiving valuable feedback from peers and experts.
Adding to the group’s presence, group leader Dr. Maryna Meretska was invited to deliver a keynote talk. Her presentation, titled “Applications of optical metasurfaces for light shaping from UV to MIR parts of the spectrum,” offered a comprehensive exploration of optical metasurfaces.
The KSOP Summer School provided a rich environment for networking and collaboration, and we are proud of the contributions made by our group.
