In addition to the extensive sample fabrication facility (e-beam lithography systems, R.I.E., U.H.V. metal evaporators, ...) and the general characterization apparatus (S.E.M., optical microscope, Raman spectrometer, ...), our group benefit from a broad range of instruments such as a cryo-free dilution refrigerator, a high frequency (40 GHz) probe station, low noise electronics (dc and ac)...  that allow us to characterize our nano-size devices.
